Terms of service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of BidFit (the "Service"), provided by AutomationGlass, 416 S Grant Street, South Bend, Indiana, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

BidFit scores public opportunity notices from SAM.gov against the profile you provide and emails you the best matches each day. It is an information service. We do not submit bids for you, we are not affiliated with SAM.gov or the U.S. government, and we do not guarantee that any notice is complete, current or suitable. Always check the official notice on SAM.gov before acting on it, and make your own bid decisions.

Free trial

You can start a 14-day free trial with only your email address and business profile. No payment card is required. If you do not subscribe, the trial ends automatically and you are not charged. We email a reminder before it ends.

Subscription and billing

• Price: $39 per month in U.S. dollars, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Renewal: your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Price changes: we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect for you.
• Payment: you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method. If a payment fails we may suspend digests until it is resolved.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your manage link: during the trial use "Cancel my trial", and with a subscription use "Manage billing" (Stripe's billing portal). A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops and is not renewed. You can also email support@automationglass.com and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds

14-day refund: if you are not satisfied, email support@automationglass.com within 14 days of any charge and we will refund that charge in full to your original payment method. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your account

Your manage link is private: anyone who has it can change your profile and billing settings, so keep it safe. Provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully. You may not resell, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the Service or use it to send spam.

Our content and your content

The Service, its scoring and its design belong to us. Opportunity data is public information from SAM.gov. You keep ownership of the profile information you give us and grant us permission to use it to provide the Service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. SAM.gov or other third parties may be unavailable or change. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service we will refund any prepaid period that has not been used.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts or lost opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or abuse of the Service, with a refund of any prepaid, unused period where we end a paid account without cause.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days in advance; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
